Diving into users problems
Pierre and Marie, a young couple in their 30s, live comfortably in a cozy Paris apartment.
Marie's recent promotion sparked their dream of homeownership. It seems simple—just search online. But is it really that easy?
They quickly discovered it wasn't. The properties they liked were too expensive, agents were slow to respond, and the best options vanished before they could view them.
When they did visit, the homes rarely matched the photos. Pushy agents only added to their frustration.
Frustrated, they sought advice from friends, who recommended an agency. Despite their doubts, Pierre and Marie, now three months into their search, decided to try it.
Meeting with Antoine at the agency's office gave them a glimmer of hope.
Unfortunately, Antoine was less helpful than expected.
His proposals missed the mark or exceeded their budget. Initially pushy, he quickly lost interest, leaving Pierre and Marie more discouraged.
But that wasn’t the end.
